LGBTQ BRAND LOYALTY AND SUPPORT – ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

Candidate constituent companies are evaluated on key factors by a representative group of the LGBTQ community.

WHAT IS MEASURED?

Respondents, if familiar with the company, rate it based on key measures to assess their corporate equity with the LGBTQ community. The factors include:

  • Does the company generally elicit a good or a bad feeling?
  • Does the company command admiration and respect?
  • Can the company be trusted in the event of a product/service crisis?
  • Is it considered a good company to invest in?
  • Is it considered a good company to work for?
  • Does the company stand for the right values?

Does the company have a positive impact on the LGBTQ community? These factors comprise the Brand Loyalty and Support composite score delivered to the Fuzzy Logix Index Analyst, on behalf of LGBTQ100 ESG Index.
